Unless otherwise stated in a specific project contract, all code, designs, and materials created during the execution of a project become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment of all outstanding invoices. Pre-existing frameworks and tools used by TruSoftWorks remain our property.

4. User Content

When you provide content (text, images, branding) for us to use in your projects, you guarantee that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TruSoftWorks, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
